By accessing contexer.ai (the "Site") or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. The service
The Site provides information about the Contexer open-source project and a waitlist for upcoming releases. The Contexer software itself is distributed separately under its open-source license on GitHub.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) submit false or third-party personal data to the waitlist; (b) attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the Site; (c) use the Site to send spam or unlawful content.
4. Intellectual property
The Site's content, branding, and design are © Contexer.ai. The Contexer software is licensed under its open-source license — see the LICENSE file in the GitHub repository.
5. Disclaimer
The Site and any pre-release software are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contexer.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above.
